Farrell's Omaha is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone wanting to improve their current way of life. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, taking turns between cardio kickboxing and strength training. Each member receives our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and encouraging environment to reach their goals.

That depends on the individual. While weight is an important factor in your health, focusing exclusively on weight loss will only lead to short-term success. We target body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier way of life is well-rounded!
We have three flexible enrollment options and work with you to find the one that meets your needs. We recommend getting in touch with your preferred location for more details. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!

All Farrell's locations utilize the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may buy a Myzone belt to use in and outside of the gym. Myzone is a crucial part of the Farrell's program and is used to watch heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to choose the speed of the class and ensure members are achieving their Level 10!
Want to figure out what you’re really made of? Being knowledgeable about your body composition is the first process toward recording your results. At Farrell's, we measure with InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which examines fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody validates the results you’re receiving on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re losing and how much lean muscle you’re gaining!
Our workouts aren’t outrageous, but the results you’ll achieve if you stick to our program are. You’ll be able to modify your workouts to your ideal level of intensity, while advancing toward your individual goals. We also offer adjustments for all of our exercises to ensure an awesome workout.

Of course not! When we launch our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts at the same point. We have members of all ages and fitness skills, each with different goals. And remember, all of our coaches and instructors were formerly students too.
This is exactly why we schedule our 10-Week Challenges—so everyone starts and ends at the same time. We begin each 10-Week Challenge by illustrating the most essential fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those primary moves during your 10 weeks. It won’t be too long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel natural.
Eating right is a major component of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program easy to follow! We’ll personalize and instruct you on simple practices that will keep you energized and on track. From basic meal planning to complete nutrition coaching, we will be there to provide the support you need to succeed.

*Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping guarantees that you will have improvement in your physical fitness. If you follow our 10-Week program as defined and do not see improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will give you all your money back. Since we cannot be with you all the time and can only instruct and encourage proper eating habits, members must share their food logs weekly during the challenge to help us better coach you to achieve great results.
