Farrell's Omaha is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has taught our members about the value of nutrition since our initial 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to improved results! But knowing what to eat can be difficult—especially with so much conflicting information out there. There won’t be any guessing with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods straightforward. With our tried-and-true nutrition plans, you always feel satisfied because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we outline everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We teach you what your body needs for you to reach your goals. When you adopt our nutrition plan, you will get results—and you’ll feel the change in your body and mind that only wholesome food can offer.

We individualize your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel limited. You can still go out to eat, and you can still enjoy the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your ideal food choices are in any setting. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can splurge on some of your favorite goodies—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be there to respond to questions and give you recommendations. They will review your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on the right path. Plus, you can always discover delectable ideas and new recipes to keep you full in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll explain good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different important nutrients at all meals. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to encourage you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and record them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll receive 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include specific instructions and expertise on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be whole without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adjustable. Follow them as written or vary them to fit your tastes. Some members like to eat identical meals daily for a whole week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or everyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal?
